Condotte Immobiliare attended the workshop URBAN DESIGN & HOTEL INDUSTRY, organized by Planethotel.net in collaboration with Progetto Turismo, held in Bologna last November 18th.

As important player in the Real Estate development, with 22% of portfolio in the tourism industry, the CEO Ing. Giuseppe Vadalà has been invited to join the panel “Cesenatico or Miami? Design the hotel and the city for new international tourism”, coordinated by Arch. Maurizio Carta, professor of town planning at Palermo University.

Marinella project in Liguria, Bosa Colores in Sardinia and Villa Madrè in Toscany have been the projects presented during the conference.
